Shipping Rates

Standard shipping applies to every order. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your destination. US standard shipping is US$5.99; rates may vary by location and shipping method.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods: S.F. Express and DHL Express.

S.F. Express delivers internationally by handing off the package to your local postal service after arrival.
For example:
- US: USPS
- UK: Royal Mail
- Australia: Australia Post
DHL Express provides premium express service.
However, as a commercial courier, customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.

Taxes & Duties

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

If you paid tax during checkout, there should be no further charges upon delivery. If you are asked to pay again, please contact us immediately.

Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors. We will update you if any delay occurs.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
